Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Material Handler to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will move materials between receiving, storage, and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry in Oracle, iFactory, and Dematic systems.

The role requires basic math skills, forklift operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should meet age and education requirements and be ready to adhere to safety and cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related Materials Management or Production experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely (fork trucks, etc.).
• Unload, sort, label, and palletize materials for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document shipments and discrepancies.
• Assist with data entry and reporting using Oracle, iFactory, and Dematic systems.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and company SOPs; contribute to 5S and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with carriers and production to prevent downtime.
