Job summary

Power Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to perform general warehouse tasks in our production facility. You will load and unload materials, verify inventory quality, use ERP/RF systems for inventory control, and prepare orders for shipment.

The role requires reading diagrams, basic math, and the ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and related equipment safely. Proficiency with MS Office and Epicor ERP is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to apply math (fractions, ratios, measurements) and read diagrams/instructions.
• Experience with crane, lift truck or warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
• Inspect incoming inventory for quality and sort or reroute as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners or ERP system.
• Transport finished products to shipping area and prepare for shipment.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
