Job summary

IPL Schoeller is seeking a Material Handler to support production and distribution in Phoenix, AZ. You will pull orders, deliver materials, stage finished products, and maintain stock levels while ensuring accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading, and documenting shipments. Candidates should have 1–3 years in similar roles, forklift certification, and familiarity with ERP or barcode systems.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
Forklift certifications and experience operating forklifts.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and barcode scanners.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Lean manufacturing or 5S practices is a plus.
Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA and others).
Background in ERP inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials, and stage finished products for distribution.
Maintain inventory by labeling and locating materials, reporting shortages.
Transport materials between work centres and production lines.
Record units delivered and locations in IT systems.
Inspect Finished Goods labels and packaging before shipment.
Operate, clean, and maintain forklift trucks and related equipment.
