Job summary

Innovative Tooling & Accessories, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify inventory using Prophet 21 ERP, and maintain efficient warehouse layouts for quick product retrieval.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills; ERP systems preferred (Prophet 21).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments using the ERP system.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment or will-call pickup.
• Store products in proper bin locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for quick product retrieval.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain products in quality, marketable condition.
• Keep warehouses, pallet areas, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow company safety policies and always use PPE.
• Provide professional, courteous assistance to will-call customers.
