Job summary

Basin Holdings is seeking a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to move materials safely and accurately to support production, service, and shipping. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, verify shipments, stage materials, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with safety protocols. ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Perform basic part preparation (cleaning, deburring, scale removal).
• Complete required documentation for receiving, transfers, usage, and scrap.
• Inspect materials for quality prior to release.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications
Required:

• English communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 60 days

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting with variable noise and temperatures
• Standing and walking up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
