Job summary

InPower is seeking a warehouse/production control associate in Houston to support the flow of materials and meet production schedules. You will monitor inventory, input and maintain production data in ERP/MRP, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and strict adherence to safety protocols including PPE.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport materials using pallet jacks or equipment.
Ensure timely movement of materials throughout the facility.
Safely stack, organize, and store materials.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and organized.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet production schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on material handling equipment.
Operate, set up, and maintain labeling equipment to print and apply labels.
Inspect finished labels for spelling, lot numbers, production/expiration dates, and adhesion.
Monitor supplies (labels, ribbons, glue, ink), reorder as needed.
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance; escalate complex issues to maintenance or IT.
