Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Ramsey, MN is seeking a driven Warehouse/Parts Handler to operate a forklift, manage inventory and process Oracle transactions. This full-time role requires attention to detail, safety, and timely communication with supervisors.

You will organize, store, and transport parts, remove pallets, and ensure accurate labeling and paperwork; overtime is possible. A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisor/Lead to ensure timely set-ups and minimize downtime.
• Organize, store, and transport parts and supplies; complete related paperwork (routers, tags, etc.).
• Maintain accurate inventory; report shortages/overages and supply needs.
• Complete all transactions within Oracle accurately and promptly.
• Assist Operators in delivering parts to maximize department efficiency.
• Remove and distribute empty pallets and baskets as needed.
• Place parts in proper location and clearly write on routers.

Job Purpose

Transport supplies, parts and product as required in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining accurate inventory counts and documentation.

• Coordinate with Supervisor/Lead to ensure timely set-ups in order to avoid or minimize down-time.
• Organize, store, and transport parts and supplies as needed and complete all corresponding paperwork. (Routers, tags with proper part numbers, etc.)
• Maintain accurate inventory. Report shortages/overages and supply needs to Supervisor
• Complete all transactions within Oracle accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist Operators in delivering parts in order to maximize department efficiency
• Remove and distribute empty pallets and baskets as needed
• Place parts in proper location and clearly write on router

Essential Duties

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift and be forklift certified. (Forklift experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and understand)
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal direction
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Submit to a visual acuity exam.
• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary
• Operate forklift for long periods

Your base wage will be between $22.25 - $26.15 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
