Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH seeks a Sr Fulfillment Leader for the CFM56 spares program to coordinate and expedite the flow of spare parts and hardware in line with production schedules and global demand. You will validate material plans, monitor data integrity, and drive recovery actions to protect on-time delivery.

You will work cross-functionally to optimize inventory, manage risks, and improve processes while modeling GE Aerospace behaviors in leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years experience in material planning, fulfillment, supplier delivery, or manufacturing operations
• At least 5 years in material planning, fulfillment, supplier delivery, manufacturing operations, or relevant work experience
• Experience with manufacturing facilities and GEA materials systems
• Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Engage with supply chain and manufacturing programs to drive critical part delivery and allocation calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate short-term and longer-term capacity plans
• Manage material processes and systems to provide accurate signals and data integrity
• Manage incoming hardware at the fulfillment horizon to align to program needs
• Review waterfalls and open orders to manage shortages and build relationships with sources
• Communicates program needs clearly to drive results at internal and external source locations
• Ensure material flows through DCs and monitors kitting to align to build plan
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
• Optimize inventory and process improvements
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
• Collaborates with sources and assembly teams to mitigate work-stops while reducing delinquency to achieve 100% OTD
