Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of manufacturing and quality requirements (blueprint reading, key specifications)
• Experience in supplier management and execution of delivery plans
• Ability to communicate with internal/external leaders and manage action plans

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier execution to meet hardware delivery commitments
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships
• Assess and report supplier capacity and readiness, including sub-tier constraints
• Organize and lead meetings to create and track action plans
• Influence internal stakeholders to align on commitments
• Own PN commits and recovery actions with suppliers
• Drive NPI and design change execution with suppliers
• Apply lean problem-solving to remove constraints in manufacturing cycles
• Lead raw material reviews and ensure data integrity
• Manage supplier performance data and reporting cadences
• Present project status and risks to senior leadership
• Apply technical manufacturing knowledge to address complex constraints
