Job summary

Carrier seeks a Materials Lead in Fort Worth to own the end-to-end supply chain for a manufacturing facility. You will oversee planning, procurement, logistics and inventory to power production, while leading planning and warehouse teams and driving efficiency across the network.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in materials/supply chain, plus 3+ years in leadership; familiarity with SIOP/S&OP, MRP, ERP and Lean logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of materials/supply-chain experience.
• 3+ years leading planning, procurement, or logistics teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end supply chain activities and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Leads materials strategy and operations: planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory.
• Ensures material availability to meet the production plan.
• Owns inventory levels, working capital and days-of-supply.
• Leads and develops planning, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Drive supply chain improvements and coordinate with suppliers.
• Owns MRP master data for materials.
