Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop material processes and systems that support Plant Operations.
• Arrange in-plant transfers of materials to meet production schedules.
• Supervise Shipping and Receiving personnel and Material Handlers on all shifts.
• Motivate and develop subordinates to improve performance and growth.
• Write standardized work, train team, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
