Job summary

Club Car is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage material flow from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring on-time production and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory. You will coordinate transfers, review schedules, and work to prevent shortages using key systems.

Responsibilities include participating in daily production meetings, consulting with supervisors, and implementing standard work to achieve takt goals in a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in materials, warehouse, logistics, production support, or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of material flow, inventory management, and production support processes.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of materials between production, warehouses, and loading dock.
• Review production schedules to determine material requirements and track material.
• Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Attend Daily Production Meetings and monitor the floor for issues.
• Use systems such as Apriso, Synchrono, and AS400 to verify inventory availability.
• Define standard work to ensure 100% material delivery and safety.
• Support Team Leads to optimize material flow and address problems promptly.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
