Job summary

Club Car in Evans, GA is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage material flow, coordinate the movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods, and ensure materials are available to meet production and shipping schedules. The role involves maintaining inventory flow, staging and transfers, and working with teams on root cause and corrective actions to improve order fulfillment.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, 1–2 years in materials/logistics, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in materials, warehouse, logistics, or similar.
Basic knowledge of material flow, inventory management, and production support processes.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

Support the mission and daily objectives of the Loading Department.
Coordinate and expedite flow of materials between sections according to production and shipping schedules.
Review schedules with supervisors to determine material requirements and track material.
Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
May move or transport materials using manual methods or equipment.
Attend Daily Production Meetings and stay visible on the factory floor to identify issues.
