Job summary

Club Car is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the 2nd shift in the LTFF Mitzi department. The role ensures timely material flow, coordinates materials between production, warehouses, and loading dock, and maintains accurate inventory to meet schedules.

You will support the Loading Department, review schedules for material needs, and collaborate with supervisors to address shortages and root causes. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in materials, warehouse, logistics, production support, or similar environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and daily objectives of the Loading Department.
• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials between production areas, warehouses, and loading dock.
• Review production schedules to determine material requirements and identify overdue items.
• Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Attend Daily Production Meetings and stay visible on the manufacturing floor to address issues.
• Work with teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions for order fulfillment.
