Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s Beech Island Mill is hiring a Logistics Manager - Materials to lead a large team and manage a $31 million inventory of raw materials and finishing supplies, ensuring timely delivery to the production line.

In this role you will drive strategic initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with our third-party logistics team to optimize material flows while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience, including both tactical and strategic roles.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree
• Leadership experience, either formally or through influence
• Proficient in analyzing, developing strategies, and executing plans effectively

Responsabilités

• Thought leader for material movements and information flows to meet safety, quality, internal control, and business systems requirements.
• Manage the flow of materials through the mill’s campus.
• Build a high-performing team, uphold clearly defined standard processes, solve problems, and remove barriers.
• Ensure space for forecasted volumes and escalate staffing when outside guardrails.
• Collaborate with workstreams up and down the supply chain.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve methods and execution.
• Maintain strong data integrity to deliver accurate financials through production reporting reconciliation, inventory management, flow planning, receiving/issuing/shipping, shortages, yard management, lift truck management, third party labor management, stock transfer orders, transportation planning, and WMS/EWM/SAP.
