Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Material Flow Supervisor to own the movement of parts inside the warehouse. You will lead a small team of material handlers and oversee line-side replenishment, staging, and daily cadences to feed the production line.

You will maintain inventory accuracy across raw material, WIP, and finished goods, and ensure ERP transactions are clean and timely. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, and outbound shipments, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material handling, warehouse, stockroom, or production materials.
• 1+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Experience with kitting, line-side replenishment, and staging to a production schedule.
• Working knowledge of an ERP or WMS (NetSuite or similar).
• Able to read BOMs, pick lists, and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Line Fed: ensure material availability and prevent build stops.
• Own Inventory Accuracy: manage cycle counts and ERP transactions; resolve variances.
• Run Receiving, Shipping and Finished Goods: coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, dock scheduling, and records.
