Job summary

The candidate will lead a team, collaborate with production and purchasing, and drive improvements in on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (AS400 preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize material flow processes across two facilities.
• Ensure efficient movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Implement lean inventory levels to support production without over/understocking.
• Drive system improvements to meet takt time adherence.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling to ensure timely material availability.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on flow, efficiency and waste reduction.
