Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Advanced Materials Specialist to optimize material flow and launch readiness across its manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to design layouts, configure ERP/WMS systems, and implement improvements that enhance inventory control and throughput from day one.

In this role, you will lead material flow initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to support facility launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of material flow, logistics, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Material Flow Design & Launch Planning: design line-side storage, kitting arrangements, and warehouse layouts for facility/project launches.
• Inventory Setup & Readiness: set up WMS/ERP storage parameters, stocking strategies, safety stock, and replenishment workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Launch Project Management: plan material requirements for new OEM launches and optimize layouts and logistics paths.
• Process Improvement, Training, & Handover: identify improvements, train site teams, and hand over daily operations to material flow teams.
