Job summary

Robinson, Inc. is seeking a Material Handling Coordinator at our Altoona, IA facility to manage the movement of materials for production and shipping.

You\'ll ensure materials are received, moved, staged, and accounted for in the system. Collaborate with production, readiness, fleet, and inventory teams to maintain smooth material flow; operate forklifts and use ERP/scanner tools while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Experience operating forklifts and basic ERP/scanner/inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily material movement across departments.
• Move materials to production work centers per priorities.
• Stage material for production, shipment, transfer, or storage.
• Support receiving and shipping processes, including unloading/loading.
• Maintain visibility of material locations and accurate transactions.
• Follow standard work for material handling and safety.
