Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Material Coordinator in Dayton, MN to manage material readiness across multiple projects. You will track locations, quantities, and project assignments while partnering with Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics to prevent shortages.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing logistics, ERP/MRP familiarity, and strong communication on a busy shop floor. This position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site work in our Dayton facility.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials, warehouse, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems preferred.
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track material requirements across multiple active manufacturing projects.
Maintain visibility of material availability, location, and project attribution.
Perform physical material counts and validate against requirements.
Identify shortages and drive resolution with Purchasing and Planning.
Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Assist with material identification, staging, and storage processes.
