Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor Kinetic preferred.
• Strong reading of purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping docs.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily Receiving process, ensuring incoming materials are received accurately and timely.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Verify purchase orders, packing lists, quantities, part numbers, and documentation.
• Maintain Epicor Kinetic transactions and ensure accurate ERP records.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with picking, transferring, staging, and closing jobs as assigned.
• Identify low inventory quantities and communicate with Purchasing and Inventory Control.
