Job summary

Toll Brothers seeks a Materials Estimator for Toll Integrated Systems in Morrisville, PA to create material take-offs from house plans (excluding wall and truss designs) and develop repeatable lists. You will communicate with data entry and collaborate with design engineers to ensure full material requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a related role, familiarity with TPM and 5S, strong communication, and ability to read architectural drawings. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read architectural plans and create material lists.

Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Materials Estimator for Toll Integrated Systems, our house component assembly and manufacturing subsidiary in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

Utilizing house plans, create various material take off lists (bills of material) for all items supplied by TIS
except for wall & truss designs. Take offs are to be designed for repeated use

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Read & interpret architectural plans.
• Create material lists that follow company standards & expectations.
• Organize material lists and be able to communicate info to data entry.
• Review new house orders and determine if additional info is required to create accurate material
  lists.
• Work with Production Design Engineers to ensure complete material requirements are being
  supplied.
• Learn to identify various Toll Brothers, Inc product lines and understand how they differ and how
  they are the same. Leading to organized material lists.
