Carrier is seeking a Materials Engineer at its Fort Worth, TX facility to design and optimize material flows, packaging, and replenishment systems that support lean line-side presentation and efficient inventory management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in materials or logistics engineering; preferred candidates have Industrial Engineering or Logistics training and experience with kanban and lean logistics techniques.

Qualifications

:3+ years of materials-engineering or logistics-engineering experience.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
Preferred: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
Experience designing material flows, picking routes, line-side presentation systems.
Proficiency with design and analysis tools for logistics/flow.
