Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Materials Engineer to design and optimize material flows, packaging, and replenishment systems at a Carrier manufacturing facility. The role focuses on lean line-side presentation, takes ownership of inventory optimization, and supports NPI launches and ramp-ups.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in materials or logistics engineering, with US work authorization.

3+ years of materials-engineering or logistics-engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Designs material flows, picking routes, and line-side presentation systems.
Defines packaging, containers, and material-handling parameters.
Implements pull systems (kanban) and replenishment loops.
Supports warehouse design and logistics layouts.
Supports NPI launches and production ramp-up activities.
Analyzes and optimizes inventory and flow.
Strengthens warehouse optimization and line-side material presentation responsibilities.
Owns inventory optimization, replenishment performance, and material flow efficiency.
Expands expectations around data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
