Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator in San Antonio to handle receiving, verification, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced automotive-related workspace. The role involves using SAP and other systems, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accurate packing and shipping documentation.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the automotive sector, be comfortable around technicians, and be able to work with pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Comfort working around technicians.
• Experience with pallet jacks; forklifts not required.
• Experience with basic supply chain skills.
• Able to create and format spreadsheets and tables.
• Willing to contribute during down times (tidying, organizing, handling deliveries).
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check & verify merchandise/product ensuring accuracy.
• Utilize handheld RF tools to receive merchandise into WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Consolidate loads for packing, re-packing, and shipping.
• Label parts during put away, picking or shipping.
• Pick parts for orders and ensure proper delivery documentation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; comply with company policies.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
