Job summary

Idaho Power Company in Hailey, Idaho is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. The role manages material needs for internal and contracted projects, partners with planners, leaders, and customers, and oversees material handling, purchasing duties, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 4 years of materials handling experience, 1 year ERP system exposure, and ability to operate lift trucks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4 years of materials handling experience or an equivalent combination.
• 1 year of electronic inventory management or ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages material needs for internal, contracted projects and maintenance crews at assigned locations.
• Works with planners, leaders, schedulers and builds relationships with customers and local leadership.
• Includes independent materials handling and some purchasing duties; provides direction to Material Handlers as needed.
• Maintains organization, cleanliness, safety standards, material accuracy, and customer-service focus.
