Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory to meet production schedules.
• Prepare fastener bins per job requirements.
• Assist with job travelers.
• Manage inbound/outbound material flow.
• Notify management of material order and receipt timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of incoming materials and in-house parts.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Expedite orders with outside processing facilities.
