Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of stock room, receiving and inspection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Quantum is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue materials from stockrooms or warehouses.
• Maintain inventory by parts and units; ensure accountability.
• Record data using Quantum System and generate daily receipt reports.
• Verify inventory through physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process receipts, scan and file paperwork; pack/unpack items as needed.
• Deliver goods to the appropriate department and support safety procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and assist training as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe storage areas; report unsafe conditions.
