Job summary

ProDig is seeking a highly organized Materials & Inventory Coordinator to own inventory accuracy, receiving processes, material transactions, and material flow across the manufacturing operation in Elwood, KS. The role supports production with timely materials and collaborates with Purchasing, Scheduling, Accounting, and Material Handling teams.

Responsibilities include receiving, cycle counts, lot tracking, Kanban support, and ensuring ERP transactions are accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control required.
• Strong receiving and cycle count experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damage.
• Verify receipts against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Process receipts accurately in JobBOSS ERP.
• Label and organize inventory within designated locations.
• Maintain organized receiving, staging, and storage areas.
• Perform and coordinate cycle count activities using ABC methodology.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies.
