CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Buffalo, NY. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely supply to production teams while coordinating with purchasing to maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2+ years in warehousing (including powered industrial trucks), 1+ year inventory management, OSHA forklift certification, and ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years warehousing experience.
• 1+ years inventory management experience.
• OSHA forklift operation certificate.
• ERP system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move and store materials, parts, or supplies.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Report shortages or damages to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitor supply levels and provide purchasing recommendations.
• Transfer materials between departments using hand or power truck.
• Fill orders and deliver to designated departments.
• Stack pallets and ensure safety compliance.
• Open containers, count and weigh materials, record data.
