Job summary

Join our warehouse team at CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo, a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Buffalo. As a Materials Coordinator, you will oversee material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure supplies reach production to meet customer demands.

You will move and store materials, verify deliveries against POs, monitor stock with the purchasing group, and support ramping production with timely material availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of warehousing experience including powered industrial trucks.
• 1+ year of inventory management experience.
• Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Moves and stores materials, parts, or supplies.
• Checks incoming deliveries for accuracy against purchase orders.
• Reports shortages or damages to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitors supply levels with purchasing group and submits recommendations.
• Transfers materials between departments using hand or power truck.
• Fills orders and delivers to designated departments.
• Stacks pallets, arranges materials, and follows safety guidelines.
• Opens containers, counts and weighs materials, records information.
