Job summary

CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials throughout the facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and that production teams have the supplies they need to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehousing experience with powered industrial trucks.
• 1+ year inventory management experience.
• Current OSHA forklift operation certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Moves and stores a variety of materials, parts, or supplies.
• Checks incoming deliveries for accuracy and matches PO details.
• Reports shortages or damage to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitors stock levels and supports purchasing recommendations.
• Transfers materials between departments using manual/powered equipment.
• Fills orders and delivers to designated departments.
