Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage receipt, inspection, storage, kitting, and distribution of project materials for field construction activities.

The role requires a High School diploma and 3 years of materials-management experience, including EPC projects in electric power delivery, with proficiency in receiving processes and MS Office. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years’ experience managing materials for warehouse or lay-down yard; EPC projects in electric power delivery preferred.
• Proficiency in receiving, counts, inspections, storage, and issuance of material.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and store inventory according to requirements and specs.
• Receive, count, inspect, and reconcile delivered materials at site/warehouse.
• Direct placement and distribution of materials and equipment to trucks and sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, suppliers, and teams to resolve material issues.
• Oversee QA/QC receiving and issuing of materials for safe and timely operations.
• Conduct phase bundling, structure staging, and kitting to streamline material prep.
• Perform on-site material audits and maintain lay-down yard records.
