Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Materials Coordinator to support field construction with material coordination, receiving, inspection, put-away and distribution.

You will manage QA/QC, inventory, and data entry in real time, while ensuring safe handling and efficient material flow on-site. Prior EPC project experience is preferred and forklift certification is required or obtainable.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience managing materials in warehouse or lay-down yard; EPC projects in electric power delivery a plus.
• Understanding of receiving processes including counts, inspections, storage, and issuance of material.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift Operator certification (8K–55K telescoping lifts and skid-steers) or ability to obtain soon after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Safely handle and store all inventory according to requirements and specifications.
• Receive, count, inspect materials; reconcile discrepancies (QA/QC, overage, shortage, damage).
• Direct placement and distribution of materials and equipment to trucks for site transport.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, suppliers, and teams to resolve material issues.
• QA/QC receiving and issuing materials for safe, timely delivery and usage.
• Plan phase bundling, staging, and kitting to streamline materials.
• Perform on-site material audits for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain lay-down yard records and files for inventory operations.
• Input data for project materials into inventory system for real-time reporting.
• Oversee off-loading and storage of materials as issued or received.
• Close out projects for materials and POs; disposition of excess materials.
• Liaise between project managers, customers, suppliers, and construction to resolve issues.
• Manage receiving/issuing of materials, equipment, tools and consumables.
• Maintain safe, orderly yard; follow housekeeping practices.
• Assist mobilization/demobilization efforts; perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to internal standards and procedures.
