Job summary

Idaho Power Company in Hailey, Idaho is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role manages material needs for internal and contracted crews, coordinates with planners and local leadership, and handles materials and some purchasing duties while upholding safety and accuracy.

The position requires strong organization, 5S/Lean awareness, and ERP familiarity; expect on-site duties, DOT-related requirements, and on-call rotations as part of a dynamic energy utility

Qualifications

• Solid material handling experience.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and manage records.

Responsibilities

• Manages material needs for internal, contracted project and maintenance crews.
• Works with planners, leaders, schedulers to build relationships with customers and local leadership.
• Performs independent materials handling and some purchasing duties; provides guidance to Material Handlers as needed.
• Maintains organization, cleanliness, and safety; ensures material accuracy.
