Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Material Handler focused on Material Coordinating in Catoosa, OK. This role supports daily manufacturing by coordinating material issuance, tracking, and staging for production jobs, and by reviewing BOMs and processing inventory in the M2M system.

You will verify part numbers, maintain records, and collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily schedules while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data-entry skills with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.
• Experience with cycle counting or inventory transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Material (BOMs) and production job information to identify materials required for each job.
• Issue inventory parts to the appropriate production jobs in the M2M system, ensuring all material transactions are accurately recorded.
• Perform data entry and inventory transactions to support accurate inventory tracking and production job costing.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities against production documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to material issuance and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and production teams to ensure materials are properly identified and issued to support daily manufacturing schedules.
