Job summary

Kelvion Products Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer in Catoosa, OK to develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation supporting manufacturing engineering, production operations, quality, and cross-functional teams.

You will translate complex manufacturing processes into clear, accurate documentation, create SOPs, work instructions, and manuals, and collaborate with engineering and quality to ensure compliance and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create work instructions, SOPs, manuals and other production documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to document technical information.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure documentation follows company standards and document control procedures.
• Maintain document revisions and manage obsolete documents.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
