Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Assistant in Catoosa, OK to support the maintenance team with data entry, reporting, and scheduling. This on-site role requires accuracy with CMMS data, asset records, and work orders.

You will coordinate meetings, manage timekeeping for up to 500 employees, maintain files, and assist with procurement and inventory of spare parts. A High School Diploma is preferred, with related experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with CMMS and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with HR scheduling in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record maintenance data daily.
• Manage CMMS assets, workflows, dispatch and PMs.
• Prepare and distribute work orders by priority.
• Inventory spare parts and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings and calendars for management.
• Assist in reports and record-keeping.
• Oversee timekeeping for up to 500 employees; on-site.
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
