Job summary

Kelvion, a global leader in thermal solutions, is seeking a Production Planner in Catoosa, OK. You will manage the production schedule to meet customer delivery commitments, coordinating with manufacturing and purchasing to optimize material flow and capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems in changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Interface with manufacturing and purchasing on material status and planning issues.
• Expedite and prioritize job orders with Project Managers.
• Coordinate and manage weekly production schedule meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, vendors, and management.
