Qualifications

  • U.S citizenship required.
  • High School Diploma with 1–5 years related experience in inventory, shipping/receiving.
  • Strong computer skills; experience with online database entry and lookup.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Costpoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to support project logistics.
  • Receive materials and process goods receipts for traceability and compliance.
  • Maintain an organized, safe stockroom to support efficiency.
  • Prepare shipments with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers with proper documentation.
  • Assemble kits from Costpoint pick lists (PCBs, cables, instruments).
  • Contribute to inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
  • Provide logistics support to ensure timely delivery of packages.
