Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Property Lead to plan, organize, and monitor material storage so that materials are located and distributed to the appropriate departments on time. You will lead a team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure accuracy of BOMs and inventory across the warehouse and production facilities.

The role requires experience in material control, warehouse operations, and familiarity with Deltek CostPoint; lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety standards are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related work experience.
• 6+ years in Material Control, Warehouse, Property, Manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor storage of materials to ensure timely distribution.
• Lead daily tasks and coordinate with contractors to receive and label materials.
• Approve shipments with special requirements (hazmat, international, contractual).
• Inspect equipment and notify maintenance of repairs.
• Interface with project leads on BOMs to ensure inventory accuracy.
