Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Property Lead to plan, organize, and monitor the storage of materials, ensuring timely distribution to departments and production lines. You will stock hazmat cabinets, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires data entry into databases, strong organizational skills, forklift experience, and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with related material control/warehouse experience.
• Experience entering data into databases and generating routine reports.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR preferred and forklift operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor storage of materials to ensure timely distribution.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely receipt and proper labeling of items (GFE/GFM).
• Approve shipments or transfers with special requirements (hazmat, international).
• Inspect equipment for defects and liaise with maintenance for repairs.
• Interface with project leads on BOMs and inventory accuracy to meet deadlines.
• Stock hazmat cabinets and issue hazmat items as needed.
• Load, unload, and stage inventory for production needs.
• Set priorities and manage team workload; monitor processes.
