Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC in Meridianville, AL is seeking a Property Lead to manage storage and distribution of materials from suppliers to production shops, ensuring items are located and delivered on time.

The role requires hands-on warehouse work, data entry, and interface with project leads on BOMs, while maintaining compliance with safety, hazmat, ITAR, and government clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in material control, warehouse, property, manufacturing or related work.
• At least 6 years of database entry experience.
• Experience in Deltek Costpoint required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Hazmat certification and ITAR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor storage of materials to ensure timely distribution.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure GFE/GFM is received and labeled properly.
• Inspect material handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Interface with project leads on BOMs and inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, pack, deliver, and stage inventory to/from production.
• Ensure compliance of inventory functions from receipt to disposition.
• Oversee shipments or transfers with special requirements (hazmat, international).
