Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries; match with purchase orders.
• Store inventory safely and keep organized records.
• Issue stock to departments promptly and accurately.
• Support purchasing, receiving, stores, and materials management functions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
• Monitor stock levels and par levels to meet operations.
• Assist with month-end stocktake and stock control processes.
• Maintain clean, safe receiving dock and storage areas.
• Provide excellent service to internal departments and suppliers.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
