Welcome to Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ. We are seeking a Receiving Clerk to aid in stock receipt from remote warehouses and direct shipments, maintain computer logs, and support the Purchasing team with inventory control.

The role requires handling liquor, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel/Word skills and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and function efficiently in high stress environments.
• Ability to work with computer-based inventory sheets and vendor websites.
• Strong attention to detail in receiving, invoicing, and logs.
• Ability to communicate with vendors and departments to coordinate deliveries.
• Must be 19 years or older due to handling liquor and lifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive stock and food items from remote warehouse and direct shipments.
• Maintain daily receiving/outbound logs and inventory records.
• Coordinate product release and delivery with purchasing for property-wide use.
• Assist in proper rotation and quality control of inbound products.
• Assist in month-end inventories and maintain dock area appearance.
• Ensure timely delivery of packages via FedEx/UPS and freight carriers.
