Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science/Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with experience.
• Approximately 0–2+ years of experience.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available data, and product construction.
• Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites and initiates communication with clients to promote services.
• Follows up on contacts from clients and communicates technical issues, project costs, and sample requirements to clients.
• Addresses client concerns and resolves issues; provides technical assistance related to product inspection and follow-up services.
• Establishes test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer info, examining samples, and applying UL requirements.
• Examines samples for compliance with UL requirements and notifies clients of non-compliance or changes in scope or specs.
