• Experience with IT equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop investigation plans, and determine specifications (cost, timeline, and sample requirements) based on client input, product construction, and supporting data.
• Travel to client sites to conduct or witness testing as needed.
• Initiate and maintain client communication to promote and explain UL services.
• Follow up on client inquiries and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Communicate technical requirements, project scope, timelines, and costs to clients.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance related to product inspection and follow-up services.
