Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a project management-oriented engineer to lead client-focused investigations and testing services at UL facilities. You will define scope, plan investigations, and determine costs, timelines, and sample needs by analyzing client input and available data.

The role involves coordinating with clients, explaining UL procedures, discussing costs and dates, and resolving issues. Training is provided for eligible candidates, with potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or fresh graduates welcomed.
• 0–2+ years of experience preferred.
• Training will be provided.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Determine project scope, plan investigation, and set cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input and data.
• Coordinate client communications to explain UL procedures, costs, and timelines.
• Monitor and address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Provide technical assistance for product inspection and follow-up services; establish test programs.
