Morgan Truck Body in Corsicana, TX seeks a Work Center Lead - Materials to manage daily warehouse and material flow. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, supervise a team, and coordinate with production on material supply and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification training.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Overtime availability including Saturdays as production requires.
• Rotating shifts and flexibility to adapt.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in teams or solo.
• Support PPS, 5S and Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Materials department activities to meet production goals.
• Communicate shortages and fulfillment plans with Supervisors and Materials Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with production planning.
• Operate or supervise JDE transactions and material handling.
• Provide on-the-job training and safety coaching to team members.
