The role requires coordinating across departments and mentoring new team members, with a focus on production efficiency and quality control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control and reduce truck hours to optimize operations.
• Efficiently utilize people and resources such as overtime, equipment, and materials.
• Plan and execute daily work both efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Achieve truck delivery goals including daily, monthly, and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain appropriate availability and manage work-in-process.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Provide onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members.
